How do I pay at Men-Unlimited?
Paying on the Men-Unlimited website is completely safe. For all online payments Men-Unlimited cooperates with Ogone, one of the leading suppliers of payment services in Europe, with more than 15.000 clients spread over 25 countries.
Paying by means of credit card
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
You can enter online the card details such as the number, expiry date, verification code and (depending on the bank) the digipass code. The credit card will be debited when ordering.
It is important to know Men-Unlimited can never look into your credit card number, your verification code or your personal code! Every transaction occurs via Ogone between your bank and the bank Men-Unlimited.be is connected to. Only they can look into our bank details.
Paying via bank transfer
Paying via online banking
All customers with online banking functionalities (Maestro or in The Netherlands IDeal) can opt for this method of payment. Depending on the bank, you fill in the unique digipass code or you are automatically connected to the website of the bank to perform your payment. Your purchase will be completed when the Men-Unlimited confirmation screen appears.
Paying by means of a gift voucher
If you dispose of a Men-Unlimited gift voucher, you can use it as a means of payment.
If the amount of the gift voucher is smaller than the amount due, you can pay the rest of the amount via one of the above-mentioned methods of payment (credit card or online banking).
However if you do not spend the total amount of the gift voucher, the unspent part cannot be used any longer. It is important to keep this in mind.

Purchases with a "Promotion Code"
If you have a Men Unlimited Promo Code you can use this code to reduce your total with a promotional offer.

I have questions about the delivery of my order.
All deliveries occur via BPost.
- Bpost guarantees a quick delivery. As soon as we receive your order and your payment is settled, Men-Unlimited.be hands over your package to BPost within 24 hours.
- Bpost guarantees trustworthy and reliable delivery. Your parcel will only be handed over if you or a person authorized by you at your address of delivery signs for receipt.
What happens in case you are not at home at the moment of delivery by BPost?
When you are not at home the moment the postman passes by, you can ask by phone the parcel to be offered at your place for a second time (all information is noted on the announcement BPost leaves in your letter box in case of absence) or you can collect your parcel within 14 days in your local post office or PostPunt.
What 's the the delivery time of my order?
Within 24 hours after processing and handling your order and after payment confirmation, your package will be handed over to BPost. They will deliver your package at the address of delivery indicated by you.
What do I do when my package has not arrived yet?
If you think or suspect something went wrong in the delivery of your order, please contact us via the contact form (click “contact” on the website) or via our fax number 0032(0)16.84.37.73
Men-Unlimited.be will then check via the “Track & Trace” system of BPost where your parcel got stuck and inform you immediately.
What happens in case my package is lost?
In that case Men-Unlimited.be will prepare your order again and send it again as soon as possible. You are not liable for any wrong or lost sending.
What are the postage costs Men-Unlimited.be charges?
The postage costs are displayed in your total invoice while ordering even before you confirm your order. So you can see immediately how much you have to pay for sending the parcel to your address.
If For all details concerning postage costs we refer to the button “postage costs” you can find in the menu on the home page of our website.
What happens in case I receive the wrong article?
If the article you receive does not correspond to the article mentioned in your order form, you have to inform Men-Unlimited.com within 48 hours after receipt in writing (contact form/e-mail).
After your message, please return the wrongly delivered articles as soon as possible (within 3 working days following your written notice) to Men-Unlimited – Postbus 5 – 3120 TREMELO - BELGIUM.
It is important you return the goods in the original packaging, with the label, undamaged and not worn.
The costs resulting from the return are obviously at the expense of Men-Unlimited.be.
The costs of sending back will be refunded by remittance to your bank account. Therefore it is important to indicate your bank account number in the contact form.
What happens in case of other delivery problems?
For any other delivery trouble (e.g. damage) the same principles apply: please inform Men-Unlimited within 48 hours following receipt and please return the goods within three days after your notification to Men-Unlimited, costs at the expense of Men-Unlimited.be.
Also in this case it is significant to return to Men-Unlimited.be the goods in the same condition they have been sent to you.
Can Men-Unlimited refuse returned goods ?
Yes. Men-Unlimited can refuse or won’t pay back returned goods in case they have been damaged by you. Also filthy or worn goods can obviously not be returned.
It is extremely important that you try your newly arrived goods (underwear) ON TOP OF your own underwear!
The return of goods should be in the original packaging, with label.
In case of excessive return of goods by one and the same customer, Men-Unlimited.be is entitled not to accept new orders.
